STATUS               : FULL TIME – PERMANENT

Qualification :

• Male/Female  32 – 45 Years Old
• Bachelor Degree of  Mars (a must) from reputable university with minimum “B” Accreditation
• Language: Fluent in English (Written & Oral)
• Experienced and have proven record in same position in public hospital for minimum 2 years
• Have good knowledge of Indonesian Society, Issues, and health
• Well understanding of the latest regulation and procedure for public hospital in Indonesia
• Have wide network in government, social organisation and other parties that can be potential partners for the development of Rumah Sakit Apung and it’s subsidiary programs in dS
• Good communication & presentation skill and made SOP development
• Good in analysing data of operational and strong in budget management

Job Description :

• To help director in supervising policies in medical service, medical support and nursing
• To plan, coordinate, develop, supervise and control the operation of medical service, medical support and nursing of Rumah Sakit Apung and Clinics of dS
• Set up rules, procedures and policies to be execute in all section of operation.
• Made plans and targets for service operation and development of medical service, medical support and nursing of Rumah Sakit Apung and Clinics of dS
• To coordinate with all division of doctorSHARE in the program’s planning to achieve the program implementation successfully
• To made analysis report for the impact of all doctorSHARE programs quarterly.
• Report directly to Director / Vice Director
