History, has just been engraved on the Floating Hospital dr. Lie Dharmawan II (Thursday 20/07/2023).

On top of the Floating Hospital dr. Lie Dharmawan II on Pemana Island, Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, the signing of the “Cooperation Agreement between the West Jakarta Branch of the Social Security Administration for Health with Floating Hospital dr. Lie Dharmawan II and RSA Nusa Waluya II, concerning Advanced Referral Health Services for Participants of the Health Insurance Program in Areas Where Qualified Health Facilities Are Not Available.”

The event was attended by Director of the Social Security Administration for Health, dr. Lily Kresnowati, M.Kes and staff, Managing Director of doctorSHARE, Tutuk Utomo Nuradhy, Representative of Sikka Regency Government, and local community representatives.

In her speech, the Director of the Social Security Administration for Health, dr. Lily Kresnowati, M.Kes emphasized that the event that day was the fruit of an active coordination process between the two institutions (read: doctorSHARE and the Social Security Administration for Health) in the past two years for the fulfillment of the rights of brothers and sisters in areas with difficult access to more appropriate health services.

“the Social Security Administration for Health wants to ensure that as the Social Security Administration for Health members, every citizen has the same right to get proper health services. Unfortunately, those in difficult access areas have not been able to fully enjoy it,” said Lily.

“With the launch of the collaboration with doctorSHARE today, the Social Security Administration for Health wants to be closer to those in areas where there are no qualified health facilities,” added Lily.

Meanwhile for doctorSHARE, the signing of this cooperation agreement is proof and recognition that doctorSHARE’s programs, which flow from its vision and mission, really answer the real needs gap of the community in remote areas.

“As always emphasized by the Founder (read: dr. Lie Dharmawan), doctorSHARE wants to take part in the form of a real contribution in bringing more decent health services to our brothers and sisters in rural areas, and all of this we provide free of charge,” said Tutuk Utomo Nuradhy.

With this cooperation agreement, it is possible that doctorSHARE, which has been providing free services including to people who have the Social Security Administration for Health, can then get incentives like health facilities that provide medical services for the Social Security Administration for Health participants.

“Cross-sector cooperation like this can make our programs more impactful to the community and of course more areas and more people we can serve.

The signing of this collaboration coincided with the closing of the Dr. Lie Dharmawan II Floating Hospital Medical Service on Pemana Island, Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, which took place from July 15-22 yesterday. In the medical service, the team of Floating Hospital Dr. Lie Dharmawan II managed to serve around 1,238 patients.

Thank you for this collaboration, hopefully it will have more impact both for doctorSHARE services in difficult access areas and for the Social Security Administration for Health in providing equitable health insurance for all Indonesian people.
